Hey Tigers! Just a quick reminder!

Ardmore High School will be virtual all week.

All other sites, including Take Two, will continue with in-person learning, and normal buses will run routes.

Buses will also run as usual for AHS Southern Tech students, including morning, noon, and after-school routes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all Southern Tech students each day.

On Tuesday, buses will run on a normal schedule for AHS juniors taking the ACT and will return students once testing is complete. Breakfast and lunch will be provided that day for all Juniors.

The Ardmore High School and Administration offices will be open and available if you have any questions.

Thank you! Have a great week, Tigers!

-Buses will run for all sites, including Take Two

🧑‍🏫 ACT Information (Tuesday)

🚧 Building Access
For safety, please do not enter the high school beyond the front office area until further notice as crews work throughout the building.

We are incredibly thankful for our Operations team and all crews working tirelessly to restore our school. Even in difficult moments, what makes Ardmore special is our people and the way we support one another.

It’s still a great day to be a Tiger. 🖤 We will continue to keep you updated.

🚧 Update on AHS 🚧 As of 6:45 PM, approximately 4,000 gallons of water have been removed from the roof, with more still to be addressed. The roof took on water at a rate of about 450 gallons per hour for nearly 24 hours. Unfortunately, this has been identified as Level 3 contaminated water, which presents significant safety concerns. Due to the extent of the damage: • Demolition is likely to begin next week, followed by reconstruction. Final determination is still being made by ServiceMaster and district administration. • The HVAC system has been heavily impacted, with 6 water pumps burned out. • An additional 8–10 units are still being assessed. We will share more details regarding school operations at AHS and upcoming testing this Sunday by 5:00 PM. Updates will be communicated with staff and families through Thrillshare rooms, social media, and other official channels. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this situation.

AHS Tiger Family,

We want to make you aware of a significant water leak at the high school. At this time, it appears the geothermal system is leaking through the roof.

Our operations team is already on site and working quickly to address the issue, and we are closely monitoring the situation.

We understand concerns this may cause and want to assure you that we will continue to provide updates as we move through the end of spring break and assess any impact on the start of school for AHS.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Will Rogers proudly celebrated Black History Month with a special school assembly!

Our Pre-K and Kindergarten students filled the room with joy as they sang songs led by Mrs. Paige Anderson. We were also honored to welcome our special guest speaker, Mrs. Vivian Williams-Gaines, manager of Cato and proud grandmother of two of our students, Asaias and Malachi Douglas.

It was a meaningful celebration of history, community, and the voices of our future leaders! 🎶🌟
