Enrollment for 2016-2017

First day of school:  Wednesday August 17

Enrollment for returning students in grades 1-12:  August 2 [noon to 6 p.m.] & August 3 [9 a.m. to 3 p.m.]

Enrollment for Will Rogers PK & K enrollment will be August 2-4.  Aug 2 from noon to 6 p.m., Aug 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. & Aug 4 from noon to 6 p.m.  Don't forget to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate for age verification and proof of residency

Enrollment for students brand new to the district in grades 1-12 will be held at each site on August 4 from noon to 6 p.m. Don't forget your proof of residency. 

If you are an elementary parent and are not sure which elementary school you are assigned to, call one of the elementary schools, administration center 226-7650 or superintendent's office 223-2483.  Maps will be available at enrollment to assist you.    

If you are being asked to change elementary schools due to the change in the boundary zones last spring, some "in-district transfers" will be accepted.  That process begins when you go to enroll your child at the school you reside in.  The elementary schools have those forms.

A special meeting of the Ardmore Board of Education was held at noon, July 14, 2016 at the Education Services Center, 800 M Street NE, Room 211, Ardmore, OK 73401.  At that meeting, the Board  approved the re-employment of Missy Storm, Assistant Superintendent, for employment during FY17, subject to reassignment, and authorized the Board President to execute the relevant employment contract and extra duty contract.  A joint press release regarding the special meeting is available.  Joint Release - Missy Storm .pdf

The next regular meeting of the Ardmore Board of Education is set for August 16, 2016 at Ardmore High School, located at 701 Veterans Blvd, Room 106, Ardmore, OK at 5:30 p.m.  Agendas for all regular meetings are available on the Public Portal Page.
