Good morning!

We had a nice victory over Ada last Friday night.  More important than the win was the way we won.  I was so proud of our kids for displaying Pride, Poise, Discipline, and Class.  We played together as a team.  Great way to start the year!  Likewise, the band was tremendous.  We had a good showing of student body support that is appreciated.  And, the pom and cheer finally had the opportunity to show off all of their hard work over the past month.

This week, our middle school softball won two games on Thursday.The high school softball team is in a tournament at Plainview playing 3 games today.  Cross Country ran at Ada yesterday.  Our athletes are working hard and getting better each week. 

Our middle school football team played Ada last night in front of a good crowd.  The 7th grade lost 14-12.  Our 8th grade won 22-6.  Very impressed with the teams.  The coaches have done a tremendous job.  We have over 80 kids playing middle school football.  We are headed in the right direction.  Next week, the middle school has picked up a game with a Lawton Middle School.  We will play on Thursday here.

Tonight, our varsity football travels to Carl Albert.  We have had a good week of practice and are looking forward to the challenge of tonight's contest.
