Good morning!

    Middle school football wrapped up last week.  We have started wrestling, basketball and offseason.  We are pleased with what we were able to accomplish in football, but also pleased that we were able to emphasize the classroom and keep most of the athletes eligible.  The cross country middle school runners finished up last week too.  We took over 20 to run at middle school state meet.  We saw lots of improvement and excitement about the direction of our cross country program.

At High School, all winter sports are in full swing.  Cross Country has one student athlete, Celia Cara that qualified for the state meet!  She will run on Saturday in Edmond.

Varsity football has a big game tonight in Duncan.  We are looking forward to the challenge.  The winner gets a home playoff game and will place second in district.  JV football finishes the season on Monday at home vs. Madill with a 5:00 finish.  Happy Halloween.  If you ever have any questions please feel free to call 580 - 221 - 3053 or email me at dwendel@ardmore.k12.ok.us
